Formon does not provide form-building functionality and does not store form submissions.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to connect the websites and Notion workspaces you authorize.

3. Account & Access
3.1 Notion Authorization
To use Formon, you must authorize access to your Notion workspace via Notion’s OAuth process.
You control which pages and databases Formon can access.

3.2 Responsibility for AccessYou are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your Notion account
• reviewing and managing granted permissions
• revoking access if you no longer wish to use the Service

4. Use of the Service
You agree to use Formon only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for:

• the forms on your website
• the content collected through those forms
• obtaining all necessary consents from end users
• compliance with data protection and privacy laws

Formon does not review, validate, or control the content of form submissions.

5. Data Handling
Formon does not store form submissions or personal data collected through your website forms.
Form submissions are transmitted directly to your own Notion databases.
You remain the data controller for all personal data collected via your forms.

6. Availability & Reliability
Formon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation
• successful delivery of every submission
• availability of the Service at all times

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• network issues
• Notion API limitations
• hosting provider outages
• maintenance or updates

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, including but not limited to:

• lost data or submissions
• business interruption
• website issues or misconfiguration
• failures caused by third-party services

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services
Formon integrates with third-party services, including Notion and hosting providers.
We are not responsible for:

• third-party service availability
• changes to third-party APIs
• data handling practices of third-party services

Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Free Service & Future Changes
Formon is currently available free of charge.
We reserve the right to:

• introduce paid plans or advanced features in the future
• modify or discontinue features
• update pricing with reasonable notice

Any paid features, if introduced, will be clearly communicated.

10. Termination
You may stop using Formon at any time by removing the Formon script from your website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• these Terms are violated
• the Service is used unlawfully
• continued use poses technical or legal risk

Termination does not affect data stored in your Notion workspace.

11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
