Formon (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Formon service available at
https://formon.io (the “Service”).
Formon is a service that connects website forms to Notion databases.
1. Information We CollectFormon is designed to minimize data collection. We do
not store form submissions or personal data submitted through your website forms.
1.1 Information We Do NOT Store- Form submissions and their contents
- Personal data submitted by end users through forms
- Cookies, localStorage, or tracking identifiers
All form submissions are delivered directly to your own Notion databases.
1.2 Information We Do StoreTo operate the Service, we collect and store limited technical and account-related information:
- Notion OAuth access tokens
- Used to access the Notion workspace and databases you explicitly authorize.
- Service metadata, such as:
- site ID
- form IDs
- Notion workspace and database identifiers
This information is required to connect your website forms to Notion and maintain the integration.
1.3 Temporary ProcessingSome data is processed temporarily and not stored permanently:
- Form submission data is processed in transit only and sent directly to Notion
- Short-lived hashes may be stored in memory for a few seconds to prevent duplicate submissions
- Technical logs (such as errors or timestamps) may be temporarily stored by our hosting provider for debugging purposes
2. How We Use InformationWe use collected information solely to:
- Provide and operate the Formon service
- Connect website forms to Notion databases
- Maintain authentication with Notion
- Detect and resolve technical issues
We do
not use data for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
3. Third-Party ServicesFormon relies on the following third-party services:
- Notion API — to access and update databases you authorize
- Render — hosting provider (United States)
These services process data only as necessary to provide their functionality.
4. Cookies and TrackingFormon does
not use:
- cookies
- analytics tools
- tracking pixels
- localStorage or sessionStorage
No tracking or profiling technologies are used.
5. Data SecurityWe take reasonable measures to protect information processed by Formon:
- All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections
- Access to Notion is limited to pages and databases you explicitly authorize
- Form submissions are not stored on our servers
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Protection & GDPRFor purposes of data protection laws:
- You are the data controller for form submissions collected via your website
- Formon acts as a data processor when transmitting data to Notion
Since Formon does not store submissions, personal data is processed only transiently and under your instructions.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Requests related to form data should be directed to the website owner who collects that data.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)Formon does not sell, rent, or share personal information for commercial purposes.
We do not collect personal data for advertising or marketing.
8. Data Retention- OAuth tokens and service metadata are retained while your integration is active
- If you remove the Formon script from your website, form submissions stop immediately
- You may revoke Formon’s access to Notion at any time from your Notion account
Form submissions stored in Notion are governed by Notion’s own data retention policies.
9. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
